Hiding an add-on means that customers will no longer be able to see this add-on on any of the items it is assigned to. (Note: The add-on will remain assigned to the item, so if you un-hide it, it will show as an add-on for that item, again.)

In your Online Ordering Console, you can hide an add-on by selecting "Restaurant Manager" from the main menu, and then selecting "Menu Item Add-Ons" under the "MENU SETTINGS" heading.

Locate the add-on you wish to hide and click the green Shown button next to it.

The button will turn red and say Hidden. If you want to show an add-on again in the future, click the Hidden button and it will change back to Shown.

How to Hide a Specific Line of an Option

You can also hide a single line from an Options Add-on.

Ex: Hiding only the Caesar Salad from a Side Choice while leaving the other options available, such as Fries or a House Salad.

Scroll down the Menu Item Add-Ons page to the Options section, locate the Option with a line you would like to hide, and select the pencil and paper Edit button.

Locate the Option choice you wish to hide and click the green Shown button on the far right of that specific option line.

The button will turn red and say Hidden. If you want to show an option choice again in the future, click the Hidden button and it will change back to Shown.
