You can receive order notifications at multiple email addresses and/or SMS numbers.
Note: You MUST have input a main email and text number, and checked the box to activate those features. Learn how to set up order notifications here.
- Login to your account.
- Click Restaurant Manager in the top black bar.
- Under Restaurant Settings, click Restaurant Locations.
- Click on the blue bar labeled Edit/View Additional Details for this Location for the location you wish to set up order notifications for.
- Click the Orders & Notifications tab.
6. Scroll down to Additional Notification Recipients. Here you can enter the phone number/ email address, name, and order types you would like the additional recipient to be notified about.
Be sure to click Save Additional Recipients when you are done!
